How To Order
We have made this process as easy as possible with this order guide to place your order, if you have any questions or require assistance our Customer Services Team will be available to help: Monday – Saturday :: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Browse this website for products you would like to order, type the number, model or brand into the search bar, alternatively you can click into the product by clicking anywhere on the product. If the product has options, select these from the drop down menu (if applicable), and chose your quantity. Click the add to basket button. You can view the contents of your basket in the top right hand corner of the website, by hovering your mouse over the “My Basket” link. You can add as many products into your basket as you like before checking out, the process above is exactly the same for any items you may like to purchase.
Postage costs are calculated at checkout, to proceed to checkout, select the “Checkout” link on the top right hand side of the page. To checkout, fill in all details on our secure checkout form, and proceed to the next secure page to enter either your PayPal details or your card details to confirm your order. You can remove items from your basket by selecting the “My Basket” link and then selecting the “View Basket” link at the bottom of your basket.

Items that are purchased will usually take between 5-7 days for delivery within the U.K and 10-15 days outside of the U.K.
Can I Change My Order ?
We can change your order, as long as it has not been dispatched from our Warehouse. If you have recently ordered (within the past few moments), please send us an email.
Can I Cancel My Order ?
If you would like to cancel your order, we will need to catch your order before it is dispatched from our Warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel your order. If this is the case, you will have to either reject the parcel, or return the parcel back to us. Please note, in this instance you will be charged postage. If we are able to catch your parcel before its dispatched from our Warehouse, you will not be charged any postage costs and a full refund will be issued.
Will I Receive An Order Confirmation ?
If you are ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation directly to your inbox. Please check these details carefully to make sure your postal address is correct, and items you have ordered is correct. If you notice any errors with any details of your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve these issues. If you have placed an order via Telephone, you can provide us with an email address where we can email you a confirmation of your order.
Email confirmations are only sent once payment has been confirmed, which in some cases, could take up to an hour.

What Payments Do You Take ?

To ensure the quality of our product, we cannot accept returns on fragrances, perfume oils etc., this is normal industry practice. Since the products are custom made to order, they can only be returned with prior approval. We encourage you to take advantage of our samples to satisfy yourself of the high quality of these products before purchasing larger quantities - Contact our customer service by email at [email protected] Unless we made an error on your order, we can accept your return, you will receive a Return Authorization Number RAN# which must be written or typed prominently on the address label - any return without a RAN# will be refused. Re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to order cancellations if made after order has been filled.
